Three Leeds bartenders started the Hedonist Project in Leeds in 2015, having previously worked at some prestigious joints in the city.
Everything in the venue, from music, drinks, food and the décor tends to change seasonally, which is great because a change is just as good as a holiday, right?
The website says: “Created for pleasure seekers and cocktail lovers alike, the Hedonist Project is a revolutionary new seasonal concept bar in the heart of Leeds city centre.”
It’s a real party atmosphere, with general fun and frolics and such being the main order of service.
The Hedonist Project’s cocktail menu has been created for pleasure seekers and cocktail lovers alike, it claims.
Cocktail prices range from £7.50 to £8.50 and there is a wide range of them to choose from.
Mothers Medicine is made with Wild Turkey, Manuka honey, chilli, pear juice and spiced jelly.
We won’t delve any further into the menu, as there’s not really much point since it’s likely to change soon anyway.
