An art deco-themed interior awaits those who enter and is the perfect setting for the stylish and sophisticated drinks served at the venue, done with few flourishes and bags of class.

In short ‘luxurious libations and late-night liaisons’ is how the bar’s menu summarises.

Aperitivo hour is in effect between 4pm and 6pm Sunday to Thursday with all cocktails costing a generous £8, compared with a still attractive £12.50 outside of these hours for all cocktails.

On offer are drinks including L’Appuntamento, made using RinQuinQuin peach aperitif, Aperol, orange blossom and prosecco; Felicita, made with Pampelle grapefruit aperitif, Maraschino, Suze, verjus and pink grapefruit soda; and Vi Con Me, made using DRP dry vermouth house blend, Suze, IPA cordial, orange bitters and Crodino.

Each drink is served in elegant glassware with tamed garnishes or theatrics including smoke, but in a way that celebrates the drink rather than the act of causing drama.

The bar’s wider spirit list is vast and makes for an interesting read, with each spirits category well attended by some of the most notable and also niche of brands in the world.
