- 15ml Bristol cream sherry
- 35ml Thatchers Haze Corial
- 2 dash celery/absinthe cordial
- Topped with Merchant Heart spirit enhancing soda water

The whisky highball is a very big part of our lives here and The Milk Thistle and so is the city of Bristol. So with that in mind we created a highball that brought together our passion for both.
