This peachy cocktail is a refreshing delight

Ingredients

  • Dash of Ginger Ale
  • 35ml Courvoisier VSOP
  • 30ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20ml Apple Juice
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Peach Syrup
  • 10ml White Peach Puree
  • 1x dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish

Peach slices
Mint leaves

Method

Mix all ingredients together (you can always bulk out the recipe to create a sharing bowl)

Pour punch over crushed ice

Top with red wine

Garnish with peach slices and fresh mint (bruise the leaves to release the flavour)
