    35ml Courvoisier VSOP
    30ml Pineapple Juice
    20ml Apple Juice
    10ml Lemon Juice
    10ml Peach Syrup
    10ml White Peach Puree
    1x dash Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish
  • Peaches
    Mint leaves

Created especially for Birmingham Cocktail Weekend 2021, Saint Paul’s House share their Jeweller’s Pleasure Punch

The Punch:

  1. Mix all ingredients together (you can always bulk out the recipe to create a sharing bowl)
  2. Cut fresh peaches to decorate

To Serve:

  1. Pour punch over crushed ice
  2. Top with red wine
  3. Garnish with peach slices and fresh mint (bruise the leaves to release the flavour)
