- 20ml Apple Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Peach Syrup
- 10ml White Peach Puree
- 1x dash Angostura Bitters

Method
Mix all ingredients together (you can always bulk out the recipe to create a sharing bowl)
Pour punch over crushed ice
Top with red wine
Garnish with peach slices and fresh mint (bruise the leaves to release the flavour)
