- 5cm ginger
- 1 Kashmiri chilli
- 2bsp pink pepper
- Handful red currants
- Handful raspberries
- Handful goji berries
- 200g sugar
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- Fresh Oregano
- 10ml blackstrap molasses
- Juice of half a lemon
- Grape Soda
Garnish
- Alfafa shoots
- Chocolate coins
- Edible glitter

Method
Supperberry Marmalade
Add to a blender: 5cm ginger, 1 Kashmiri chilli, 2bsp pink pepper, handful red currants, handful raspberries, handful goji berries, 200g sugar
The Drink
Combine all ingredients and shake (excluding grape soda)
Pour and top with grape soda
To Serve
Garnish with alfalfa shoots, chocolate coins and edible glitter in your favourite glass
