- 50ml Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice (½ a Ruby Red Grapefruit)
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice (½ a Lime)
- 10ml Organic Agave Nectar
- Top up with Sparkling Water
- Highball Glass
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Thin Grapefruit Wedge

Method
Pour 50ml 1800 Silver Tequila, 50ml Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice (½ a Ruby Red Grapefruit), 10ml Fresh Lime Juice (½ a Lime), and 10ml Organic Agave Nectar
Shake with ice
Pour into a highball glass with a pink Himalayan salt rim
Add ice
Top up with Sparkling Water
Garnish with a thin grapefruit wedge
