25ml Havana 3yr rum
25ml fresh orange juice
25ml fresh lime juice
10ml passionfruit puree
10ml blue curacao
10ml Wray & Nephew overproof rum
15ml Maraschino liqueur
Lemonade to top up
Happy World Cocktail Day! To celebrate we will be shaking up this tropical and punchy drink from Victoria Bar & Grill in the glorious The Grand hotel in Brighton. The bar is fully stocked with locally sourced gems, fine spirits and guest favourites, all specially selected by their expert team.
The drink was inspired by the Caribbean and has a long-lasting finish thanks to the overproof rum.
To make:
Add the Havana Rum, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, passionfruit puree, blue curacao, Wray & Nephew overproof rum, and Maraschino liqueur to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass and top with lemonade
To Serve:
Serve in a hurricane glass and garnish with a wheel of dehydrated orange and mint leaves
