Other drinks include the Beach Coco Cumber, made with spiced dry rum, honey, pineapple and coconut water combined with fresh mint and cucumber; Rita Hayworth is made using El Jimador Reposado Tequila, Luxardo Aperitivo and Jasmine Verte liqueurs as well as yuzu, pink grapefruit, lime, agave and a splash of Sassy Pear Cider; and the Guinness Punch in Manhattan is made with Pusser’s Gunpowder Rum, Guinness and pimento reduction, mixed with a blend of vermouths and milk, clarified, stirred and served over clear ice.
