- 2 Eucalyptus leaves
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
- 200ml Boiling water
- 400ml Honey

- 25ml Lemon Juice
- Eucalyptus branch to garnish
About
As the Spanish word for Serenity, the Serenidad takes inspiration from traditionally calming ingredients and marries them with the harmonious flavours found in Patron Tequila. We wanted to create a drink that would help you relax during the festivities of London Cocktail Week, using traditional remedial and fresh products which would complement the bright, vegetal notes found in the tequila. The lemon balm and lemon give soothing and bright facets, while the chamomile and eucalyptus bring medicinal and herbal properties, and together, result in a moment of calm & peaceful serenity.
Method
Lemon Balm, chamomile & eucalyptus honey
Make a tea with boiling water and the herbs and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
Strain off and mix the tea with honey.
To serve
Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously over ice, and strain into your coupette.
Garnish with eucalyptus and enjoy.
