Elderflower Spritz
If you love floral flavours, then this is the cocktail for you. The light and clean flavours from Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water balances the floral liqueur for the perfect summer tipple. Find me at Pub in The Park.
Ingredients
50ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
50ml White Wine
5ml Lemon Juice
100ml Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water, or enough to top up
Lemon Peel, to garnish
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add elderflower liqueur, white wine, and lemon juice, then top up with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water. Gently stir and garnish with lemon peel to serve.
Holy Highball
Holy Highball is perfect for summer sipping. Deliciously refreshing from the citrus flavours with a hint of spice, the flavours balance in this drink to create a remarkable summer serve.
Ingredients
50ml Holygrass Vodka
50ml Apple Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
50ml Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water, or enough to top up
Slice of Apple, to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the vodka, apple juice and lemon juice, then top up with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water. Gently stir and garnish with a slice of apple to serve.
Pineapple Spritz
A remarkable summer serve that packs a tropical punch. Our Pineapple & Almond Soda perfectly balances the fresh notes from lime juice to create a refreshing cocktail that will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
25ml Greenall’s Pineapple Gin
40ml Cocchi Americano Vermouth
130ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda, or enough to top up
5ml Lemon Juice
Mint Sprig, to garnish
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add the gin, lemon juice and vermouth, then top up with Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda. Gently stir and garnish with a mint sprig to serve.
