40ml Gin
15ml Elderflower liqueur
10ml Lemon Juice
135ml Franklin & Sons Yuzu Soda
The Summer Garden is inspired by the British countryside, using the sharp, aromatic Japanese Yuzu to bring a modern, global edge to the traditional elderflower profile.
Method:
- Build directly in a highball glass over fresh ice
- Add the gin, liqueur, and lemon
- Top with 135ml Yuzu Soda and stir gently from the bottom to lift the flavours
