Three Sheets is a clean and simple bar with outstanding flavour profiles.

It is multi-award winning and is run by the founding Venning brothers – Noel and Max – who are both well known in the cocktail world and beyond.

The menu is well-put-together, with cocktails containing some interesting ingredients. However, the drinks are seasonal, making it a surprise whenever you visit.

Although frequently changing, notable serves have included the French 75, made using Victory Gin, clear lemon, Moscato and orange flower before being carbonated; My Lady Garden is made using Potters Tropical, Petirgrain, raspberry, lemon and egg white; and the Blackcurrant  Americano is made with Americano Vergano, blackcurrant and soda.

The menu is split into three segments – One Sheet, Two Sheets and Three Sheets – while there is also a healthy selection of beers, ciders and wines, as well as bottled cocktails to take away. Guests looking for a non-alcoholic option just need ask and then wait to be dazzled.

Also linked to the site is Shop Cuvée, a shop and wine bar in Bethnal Green selling wines, food and of course bottled cocktails.

The shop was launched during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, but was such a success it has since expanded and continued to successfully trade, selling unique products that are otherwise hard to come by in day-to-day life.
