A cocktail bar like few others, Sheffield’s Public Bar fuses hipster style and entertainment with high quality cocktail making.
There’s also food and lots of it. Dishes are simple, but magical, mixing some classic flavours and themes with modern Yorkshire.
Don’t go looking for vast amounts of information on Public’s website, because you won’t find more than a sneak peek about the bar’s style.
However, we’d say this is incentive for the curious and near-curious to check the bar out for themselves.
Cocktails include the 159 Norfolk Street, made using White Chocolate washed Tanqueray, Cocchi Americano, Fino Sherry and Rose Water; and the Public Bellini, made with homemade peach puree, topped with Prosecco.
