Opening in 2025, this bar aims to create a space to enjoy the very best cocktails over long afternoons and late evenings.
Founded by Carey Hanlon and Caitlin Waugh, Slowpour has been built with people in mind.
Its name was created to highlight the importance of not rushing the drinks, the service or the experience.
Each moment is of utmost importance with care flowing into the drinks, the space and the experience for each and every guest.
Slowpour's 'light and dark' menu is inspired by the hues and showcases flavours in two contrasting expressions.
For example, a Strawberry consists of Belvedere vodka, fresh strawberry, milk and Chandon in its light option, meaning the drink is sweet, fresh and fizzy whereas for dark, it's cream cheese, Woodford, JD Bonded and strawberry honey, resulting in a short, rich and decadent tipple.
Fancy something with a little more kick? You could try a Chilli cocktail. Choose from a 'light' Jalapeno Los Arcos with chilli agave and lime for something bold and refreshing or try a 'dark' version with Glendronach 12, chilli honey, Avallen and Dolin Rouge if you're after a little more body, fire and depth.
