Welcome to paradise, also known as Mahiki Mayfair, which is part of the international Mahiki chain, and is a tiki enthusiast’s dream.
Kensington, Mayfair, Manchester, Dubai, Marbella or Sardinia, Mahiki is taking over the world with its tiki cocktails and sunny disposition.
Synonymous with royals, including Prince William, and high-profile celebrities alike, Mahiki is a must-visit when in the capital.
As you’d expect, cocktails are served with a tiki twist that pleasantly smack you in the face.
There are 31 one cocktails on the main menu, all served in cool quirky ‘glasses’, but tastefully done, we might add.
Some cocktails are classics within the tiki movement, such as the Pina Colada made with a medley of rums, coconut cream and fresh pineapple juice.
Or try the Mahiki, the bar’s signature drink made using Pampero Especial and a hint of vanilla that is shaken with pear and strawberry purée, lemon, sugar and Crème de Fraise.
Looking for something a little more sophisticated? The Mustique Fizz is made with Scavi & Ray sparkling wine, cane syrup and fresh passion fruit sorbet.
If you’re feeling a tad peckish on your jaunt to this celeb haunt, there is a small food menu consisting of finger food and dishes for those who may be a little more than peckish.
Choose from sweet potato fries, chilli salt squid, seared scallops and other delicious selections.
